in high school, my best friend and I had this journal that we would pass back and forth to work on for fun. our favorite pass time was cutting things out of magazines. we decided that we needed a place for all of the things that we had collected (and continued to collect) so we created this journal.

ReplyDeletesoo soo funny CUZ my blood bestie (aka cousin) and i did something very similar only we were in junior high. We would decorate with magazine cut outs and draw pictures for each other like mushrooms, butterfulies, trees...and then lots of Tamara & Kayla = BFF doodles. We must of at the very least 25 of these notebooks.

ReplyDeletewhat a fun special project to look back on! It brought a lot of memories back for me too (I love the lyrics to the song 'Beautiful Soul' is on one of your pages. I remember that song!).
ReplyDeleteSometimes I miss having something real, and material like those books to hold on to (rather than just online code with blogging).
