little boys
two of my best friends are pregnant and this past weekend I went with one to do some baby clothes shopping for her little guy. I've always been so smitten with how adorable little girls clothes are and this shopping trip taught me that boys clothes are cute too. I also realized that I'm going to be really picky when dressing my future children.. I think that's a bad sign already. Check out some of these studs:

organized: new uses for old things
Real Simple is favorite magazine and they have this great column called "New Uses for Old Things". I love the fun things they come up with! Some pinners have that same knack for coming up with awesome ideas.
This is my edition via the fab things I find on pinterest that others have thought up:
1. Use a cleaned out sunscreen bottle to hide keys, phone & money while at the pool. Sitting on your towel, no one will know whats in it!

skirts vs leggings
I've always thought of skirts & dresses to be worn on special occasions and not for the every day. Maybe it's the climate we live in, how it's 40 degrees most of the year, maybe I'm scared wind will come and my underwear will show, maybe I'm not that in love with my legs, maybe I never don't like to shave my legs, whatever the reason I've always been more inclined to put on leggings or jeans than a skirt or a dress and I feel like I'm missing out.

1. My favorite color is white, purple & gray (can I have 3?) .
2. My home decor color palette includes gray & green .
3. Other people always tell me I look good in the color blues & greens? .
4. The color I detest is pink & red .
5. If you were to look in my closet most of the colors you'd see would be grays, muted purple, black & white.

I'm always looking for new place to buy gifts online,. I recently came across... uncommon goods and I love it!! This site has so many fun and different ideas for gift giving!
For my dad I found this wine & cheese holder. My dad loves camping and loves wine. I thought this would be a fun thing for him and my mom to have while needing a place to rest their wine glasses while camping or while we are at the beach. Looking for a gift like this? We haven't been able to take it camping or to the beach yet since it's been cold out, but this guy will get LOTS of use over the summer. We tried it in the backyard a little bit in between all of the rain & snow we've been having in the NW.
And for my husband I found this iphone charging dock! I thought it would be a fun way to display his phone while its charging on our nightstand! They have lots of other awesome iphone accessories!
